4. Data Storage

Your data, including account information, drawings, and check-in history, is securely stored on our Supabase database. We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption, to protect your data during transmission and storage.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account through the App settings, all associated data—including your account information, drawings, check-in history, streak data, and level information—will be permanently deleted from our database.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law. Your information is not shared with analytics services, crash reporting tools, RevenueCat, or any other external services. However, subscription billing is processed through RevenueCat and the App Store, which may collect transaction information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption to secure all data transmitted between your device and our servers. While we implement standard security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your login credentials confidential.

8. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your account information at any time within the App
• Delete your account and all associated data by using the delete account option in the App settings
• Update your account information as needed

9. Drawings and Content Ownership

All drawings and content you create within the App are owned solely by you. No other users can access your drawings, and we do not use them for any purpose other than storing them in your account. You retain all rights to your creations.

10. Minimum Age

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 13, please do not use this App. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
